Why would the strongest of the Dragon Priests be gifted with such lame masks? I mean, even the loading screen says: "Legend holds that the highest ranking Dragon Priests were granted magical masks - strange artifacts that defy the laws of time, and grant their wearers powerful enchantments." Well, i think you can't really call the Vanilla Dragon Priest masks powerful.
